These terms cover the $100 Website & Online Presence Review. The Deep Review and Complete Review follow the same terms, with their own hour, location, and competitor limits as listed on their cards above.

What you get

For $100, I personally review one business, at one location:

You receive one written report by email: what is costing you customers, and what to fix first, in priority order.

The one-hour limit

The $100 covers up to one hour of my time in total — the review and writing the report together. That is the whole service. When the hour is used, the service is complete.

What is not included

Extra websites or locations can be reviewed for $100 each, under these same terms.

How it works

  1. You pay the $100 through the payment link.
  2. You send me your business name, your website address, and your city (the project form on this site is fine).
  3. I deliver the report by email within 3 business days of receiving both the payment and your details.

Your $100 comes off a Business Website

The $100 is not refundable in cash — but it is never wasted. Start a Business Website package with me within 30 days of your report, and the full $100 comes off its price. Hire me to build your site, and the review was effectively free. The credit applies to the Business Website package only — not to Presence Fix, the Care Plan, or custom work. One credit per business; after 30 days the credit expires.

No guarantees

The report is my honest professional opinion, based on 25+ years of building software and running a local business's online presence. I do not guarantee more customers, more calls, or any search ranking — nobody honestly can.
